Sterling Selects Dilts as Vice President of Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy

Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. has named Noelle Dilts to the position of vice president of Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy. Dilts will be responsible for leading Investor Relations and determining areas of strategic focus to grow existing and new segments in this role.

“The transformation at Sterling over the past six years has been impressive to observe,” Dilts said. “I am excited to now be part of the Sterling team and have the opportunity to utilize my industry knowledge as we execute on the next phase of the Company’s growth and evolution. Prior to joining Sterling, Dilts spent 19 years at Stifel Financial, most recently serving as managing director of Equity Research covering Specialty Engineering, Construction, & Services; Electrical & Networking Equipment; and Advanced Manufacturing.

She gained extensive knowledge of Sterling’s existing and adjacent end markets in this role, the company said. She is known for building strong relationships with the investment community and providing critical analysis of the drivers, opportunities, and risks that she covers. Dilts is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a graduate of the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business.
